MP explores the first fire house in Aurora, built in 1894, learns about

the evolution of fire fighting apparatus from docet Brian Failing, and

performes his song “Central Station” in front of the 1921 Stutz.

POPE HOUSE  RALEIGH, NC

MP explores the home of prominent  American doctor Manassa Pope, built in 1901, learns about the challenges of being a successful African American during the Jim Crow laws and performs his song “The Pope House”.

MP explores the site of the first documented gold discovery circa 1800, gets a lesson in gold panning and performs his song “Reed Gold Mine” in the Gallery 50’ underground.
